Frequently asked questions

How does the process work?

Fill out the rider intake form with your bike, weight and riding details. We reach out to confirm the work, the cost, and where to ship. You send your suspension in, we tune it to your setup, and we ship it back dialed.

What do I send in?

Just your forks and shock, removed from the bike. You don't need to ship the whole bike. Use the checklist in the intake form to tell us exactly what's in the box so we can confirm it the moment it arrives.

How do I pack and ship my suspension?

Wrap the forks and shock so nothing can shift or rub, then pack them snug in a sturdy box with plenty of padding. Don't ship anything until we've confirmed your service and sent you the address.

How long will it take?

Most services run a one to two week turnaround. Lead times can shift due to factors outside our control. If you need emergency service, call us.

How much does it cost, and how do I pay?

Cost depends on what your suspension needs. We'll call with your quote before any work starts, and if the parts need more once we're into them, we'll check in before going further. We bill per job and send an invoice with payment options.

Do you service my bike?

We service forks and shocks for all brands, including KYB, Showa and WP. If you're not sure yours is covered, call or text before you submit and we'll let you know.

Do I need a revalve, or just a service?

A service refreshes your suspension with new oil, seals and parts so it performs the way it should. A revalve changes how the suspension actually behaves, reworking the internals around your weight, pace and terrain. A revalve isn't required, but stock valving leaves real performance on the table, and most riders feel a big difference.

How often should I service my suspension?

As a rule, every 30 to 40 hours of ride time. If you ride in mud, sand or other rough conditions, closer to 30. Modified suspension works harder, so it benefits from service a little more often.

I'm not an average-weight rider. Can you still set it up for me?

That's the whole point. Stock springs and valving are built for an average rider who doesn't exist. We match your spring rate and setup to your real weight, skill and terrain, whether you're light, heavy, fast, or just getting started.

Can I drop it off in person?

We're in Southern New Jersey and work by appointment only. If you'd rather drop off than ship, call or text 609-284-9050 to set it up.
